Annual staff performance evaluation cycle for 2021 announced

We have continued to navigate new changes and challenges in 2021 brought on by the pandemic. Many of us returned to campus in some form while some of us have adjusted to remote work. As we approach the end of the calendar year, we encourage managers and employees to think back on your many accomplishments from this past year as you complete annual staff performance reviews.

If you haven’t already, please work with your manager to review and update your performance and career development goals in Talent@VCU over the next few weeks. Self-reviews for staff are available for you to complete starting December 1, 2021.

The CHS HR director will be facilitating a performance management overview session which will provide a high-level refresher and answer questions on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. You can register for the training in Talent@VCU. There have not been many updates to the information this year but it may be helpful for you to attend as a refresher, if you would like to.
