Dean's Office HR announces two new recurring events for CHS staff
Beginning Wednesday, Nov. 11, and every subsequent Wednesday for the foreseeable future, Zoom drop-ins will be available for all staff from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Staff in CHS can join every week by using the CHS Staff Drop-In Zoom link. These afternoon drop-ins will be a time for staff to come together and chat with each other. The aim of these is to informally discuss various topics, find common solutions to issues staff may be working on and to further break down silos and build community with CHS staff. The goal is to provide a safe space to connect and build new and lasting relationships.
The second of these recurring meetings is a brown bag lunch series for staff, the first of which will be on Thursday, Nov. 19 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 pm. The aim of these meetings is for a more focused discussion on certain topics that pertain to staff. The inaugural meeting on Nov. 19 is to gather ideas for topics that staff would like to see discussed in subsequent meetings. These topics will cover topics such as the staff evaluation process, pathways to promotion in place, etc. Staff may access the weekly event by using the CHS Brown Bag Zoom link. Staff are encouraged to bring their lunches and attend often.
