In order to streamline the workflow and more effectively communicate priorities, departments should submit requests through the online Google form linked above or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Complete the online Google form linked above or send an email to email@example.com to estimate any services needed for all construction, renovations, modifications or changes to existing facilities.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be contacted for additional details so that an estimate and schedule can be developed and approved.
Notify the dispatch office at 8-9444 of any issues that need to be addressed immediately. You may also submit a work request via Facilities Self-Service for non-emergent items.
First, contact other departments to see if they would be in need of any extra furnishings. If it is still unwanted, please submit a ticket using Facilities Self-Service requesting the item(s) be picked up. Please note: This is a departmental expense.
