- Employees self-review due by January 12, 2024
- Manager reviews due by February 2, 2024
- Reviewer reviews due by February 23, 2024
- Calibration completed/due by March 15, 2024
- Manager and employee conversations and sign off by March 31, 2024
2024 Annual Review Timeline
- 2024 SMART Goals must be entered beginning in January and fully approved by January 31, 2024
- 2024 Career Development Plan opens in January and must be entered and approved by January 31, 2024
