Work Plans
Faculty Work Plans for the calendar year 2026 are due September 1, 2025, via this Smartsheet form. Chairs or directors will review the effort allocations as they work on the 2026 class schedule. Faculty will receive notifications when the chairs approve their Work Plans and additional notifications when they are approved by the Dean's Office. If asked to modify responses to their work plans, faculty may access them in the 2026 CHS Faculty Work Plan Dynamic View in Smartsheet.
Annual Reports
The CHS 2025 faculty annual report is due on January 24, 2026.
