Annual Reports

The CHS faculty annual report is due on Wednesday, January 10, 2024. All CHS faculty are required to fill out the 2023 Annual Report Form (this will force a copy of the original document) and upload it and an updated CV to this Smartsheet form. Information requested on the form is for data collection purposes only and will be used for reporting, analysis and strategic planning by the College of Humanities and Sciences; it is not part of the evaluative process. Certain schools or departments request additional information on the Annual Report Form. If that is the case from your school or department, please upload the form provided by your director or chair to the Smartsheet linked above.

Work Plans

Faculty Work Plans for calendar year 2024 were due September 15, 2023. Chairs or Directors will review the effort allocations as they work on the 2024 class schedule.
