Jonathan Clarke is a member of the Richmond Fire Department. He was raised in the Richmond metro area, where he attended school and played recreational sports. After high school, Clarke attended Longwood College and then returned to Richmond. He worked in Memphis, Tenn., for about five years and has worked for the Richmond City Fire department for 18 years. He is a member of the Richmond Fire Department's diversity, equity and inclusion committee. Clark advocates for equity and inclusion in this capacity and seeks to equal the playing field. He strives to be inclusive of everyone when teaching within the Fire Department or the community.
